I'm not really a political animal, though I'd like to get involved more. I've given money to the Democratic Party for the last several years, although I was a little annoyed by recent fund-raising letters that said in part, "We've spent all our money! Send us more!" Fiscal responsibility is not their strong suit, evidently, so instead I wrote a check to the Libertarian Party. Even though I don't agree with many of their policies, I'd like to see a viable third (or fourth) political party in America. maybe I'll also donate to the Green Party soon. So, also check out my comments on "loyalty".
